We recommend an over 15 Mbps network speed for a good streaming experience. We also recommend an Ethernet hardwire network over a Wi-Fi network for a stable and fast network.

For VOD, you can adjust the picture quality from high quality to low quality. For high quality, we recommend a 15Mbps network for seamless streaming without buffering. For 4K / UHD VODs in Heat VOD Ultra, we recommend a 25 Mbps network.

They are constantly updating and improving bugs. I bought a total of 5 boxes once I used the first one. There has been some issues with the movies and tv shows but it was also addresses within a couple of days.
